About Us

Welcome to our coffee bean store. The inspiration for our logo comes from our two rescue cats, Huckle and Berry, who stare at us in anticipation each morning as we grind our beans. Soon to follow will be the metallic snap of the cat food can. 

The inspiration for our product comes from our love of healthy natural choices in food and lifestyle. We choose sustainably sourced beans for their chemical free properties, beans that are grown on coffee farms in South America. The infrared roasting process provides a low acidity and maintains the antioxidant properties of the beans, giving us a soothing cup of coffee rich in flavor. We grind our beans with the day's coffee brewing in mind: pour over, drip, percolator, or French press.
